AFCAT 2025 Selection Process
The AFCAT
(Air Force Common Admission Test) is a competitive exam conducted to select
candidates for the Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical)
roles in the Indian Air Force. Many aspirants prefer structured guidance
through AFCAT exam preparation in
Madurai or by enrolling in a trusted CDS coaching centre in Tamil Nadu.
The selection process is rigorous and includes multiple stages to evaluate
knowledge, aptitude, personality, and physical fitness.

· Written Exam (covers General
Awareness, Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Military Aptitude)
· EKT (Engineering Knowledge Test) for
Technical Branch aspirants
· AFSB Interview (psychological tests,

· CPSS (for Flying Branch candidates)
